Oil – inflection points for Jan. 18, 2017

Yesterday’s trades

Oil futures, Jan. 17, 2017. 60 minute bars.

A near-perfect call. The price hovered around Nat’s keyline in thin trading overnight, then bounced before the day session open, moving almost exactly to her sell level.

(Sell call was 53.50; price hit 53.52).

Even the most cautious traders should have been filled at least for the move down.

The first leg was worth about $1,150 per contract; the second leg about $980 for a market-on-close exit.
